In this outfit, I tried to emphasize this baggy t-shirt by making the rest of the outfit super edgy and grungy. I didn't wear leggings in this outfit, I wore tight jeans and I felt like leggings dressed it down while the jeans made it more presentable and more fashionable since it wasn't just plain black leggings. When you are going to wear leggings, don't show "too much" and instead make sure that your shirt is not too short for the leggings. Ensure the shirt on top is long enough to cover your waste down to around mid-thigh to keep it more fashionable; it isn't really feminine to wear it without a covering shirt. Or, if you want to, wear leggings, the one rule about fashion is do what you love!
