In this look, I am wearing a circle skirt from American Apparel that is truly a circle skirt, it stays in place all day and does not move around at all. I am also loving this new crop top that I got for Christmas from one of my favorite designers, Torn by Ronny Kobo.
When you are wearing a circle skirt, there are really no restrictions. I personally always like to have some part of the top tucked in if it is longer or if not, have my shirt always be a crop top. I personally do not like having a shirt hang over a skirt since skirts give you a nice body shape -- covering will defeat the point. But it is all up to personal preference! With this look I went with a fun top since the skirt was a little boring and just a plain black color, so i wanted to add something fun!
Patterns always make a dull outfit chic, that is why I love them so much since it really can make or break an outfit. That is what the fun is about!
